This 1 hour accessible yoga class is suitable for all levels.

Increase your strength and flexibility and release stress.

Movements are modified to do on a chair or on the yoga mat on the floor.

No experience necessary. All welcome!

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Maria Sanna, community services worker, on 02 9265 9116 or email msanna@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis, tea, coffee and biscuits. There are also many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise and tai chi.
