Bivouac's Head Chef Warren Kwang cut his teeth in the kitchens of Mauritius' 4 and 5 star hotels. He has since traveled the world, serving guests on luxury cruise ships and dabbling in myriad cuisines.

Chef Warren is bringing Mauritius to Northbridge and cooking up a delicious four course feast to celebrate his unique and colourful homeland!
